Privacy Policy
How the Nice Pro Portions Android app handles your information.
The short version: Nice Pro Portions is a free workout app. The workouts work offline, there are no accounts, and d11s labs collects no personal data and runs no servers for the app. The app shows ads through Google AdMob, which uses the internet and lets Google collect some data from your device, as described below.
1. What we collect
d11s labs doesn't collect, receive or store any personal data. The app has no accounts or sign-in and doesn't send anything to us. The only data that leaves your device goes directly to Google, for ads and for the optional purchase (sections 3 and 4).
2. Data on your device
Your settings (timer lengths, sound, theme, tips) and whether you've bought "Remove ads" are stored only on your device. They're not sent to us and aren't included in Android backups. Uninstalling the app, or clearing its storage, deletes them.
3. Ads (Google AdMob)
The app shows a banner ad on the home screen through Google AdMob, using the Google Mobile Ads SDK. Ads never show during a workout. To serve and measure ads, Google's SDK automatically collects and shares with Google:
- your device's IP address, which may be used to estimate your general location
- device identifiers: the Android advertising ID and the app set ID
- app interactions, such as app launches and ad taps or views
- diagnostics, such as app launch time and performance
Google uses this data for advertising, analytics and fraud prevention. It is encrypted in transit (TLS). d11s labs can't see or access it. To learn how Google uses it, see How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and the Google Privacy Policy.
The app also lists Android's Privacy Sandbox ad permissions (ad ID, Topics and attribution), which the Google Mobile Ads SDK adds automatically.
Your choices
- You can reset or delete your advertising ID at any time in your phone's settings (usually Settings > Privacy > Ads or Settings > Google > Ads). If you delete it, ads become non-personalised.
- Buying "Remove ads" stops the app from loading ads.
EEA, UK and Switzerland
If you're in the European Economic Area (EEA), the UK or Switzerland, the app shows Google's consent message (Google User Messaging Platform) before any ads load. Your choice is saved on your device. You can change it at any time in Settings > Ad privacy options.
4. Remove ads purchase
You can make an optional one-off "Remove ads" purchase through Google Play Billing. Google handles the payment under the Google Privacy Policy, and we never see your name, email or card details. The app only checks with Google Play on your device whether you own the purchase, so it can restore it on a new phone or after a reinstall.
5. Keeping and deleting data
We don't hold any of your data, so there's nothing for us to delete. To remove what's on your device, uninstall the app. For data Google collects through ads, use your advertising ID controls above or My Ad Center.
6. Children
The app isn't aimed at children under 13.
7. Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the effective date at the top.
